  • Casual

    The Barista is responsible for crafting high-quality espresso, and beverages while ensuring that all coffee production equipment is properly maintained and adjusted for optimal performance.

    The ideal candidate will be:
    · Positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite, with strong teamwork skills
    · An ability to handle pressure, and the capacity to offer process improvement strategies.
    · A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
    · Thrive in a team environment and maintain composure under pressure.

    Requirements:
    · Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification
    · Safe Food Handling Certificate
    · Certified Barista (preferred)

    This role requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays, with availability to be confirmed during the interview process.

  • Casual

    The bar is the heartbeat of the business, and the Bartender is the lifeblood that keeps it thriving.

    The ideal candidate will be:
    · Positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite, with strong teamwork skills
    · A solid understanding of tap beer systems and beer handling
    · Knowledge of wines and spirits
    · A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role

    We are seeking Restaurant Waiters to join our team at Apothecary Bar & Florence’s Restaurant.

    The ideal candidate will be:
    · An understanding of restaurant systems and section managements
    · Previous experience in a similar role
    · Knowledge of food, cooking techniques, beer and wine (preferred)
    · Thrive in a team environment and maintain composure under pressure.

    The Food Runner plays an essential role in the venue and is responsible for efficiently delivering dishes from the kitchen pass to guests.

    · No experience is necessary
